Having Penile Erection & ejaculation problems?
I'm 30 years old and I've been having difficulty getting an erection and to ejaculate semen. What should I do? Should I try Viagra or some other sexual enhancement drug? Should I try surgery? Also, what should I do to achieve full orgasm?

I want to get a big erection and to fully ejaculate semen like those men in porn movies, can I achieve something like that?

I couldn't really give a solid professional opinion without more information on the problem, but as a fully qualified doctor I have to say that it seems apparent to me that the reason you are having difficulty getting your penis erect when in bed with a woman is that you are a raging fag. You prefer men, is all. EWWWW.

In light of recent information being blabbed all over the internet by a big mouthed woman, I really wish Sam wasn't one of the better guys on here so I could take a few sly wee digs without feeling bad. I'm still renaming him GodDamnErectPrick, though.
