Virtually all of my old molar fillings re-done, 2 teeth removed and a scale and polish later - she is a FUCKING sadist - and im 200 odd quid down...role on the next 2 teeth i need out next month! Wisdow teeth that are like at 45 degree angles. I think im either gonna turn up drunk or heavily medicated to deal with that btich and her total lack of bedside manner 'oh, you ARENT a practive dummy!?!?

She did do a shit load of work to my mouth right enough, and did it well - although a little warning before you use 21st century implements would be nice! My dentist was nearly 20 years behind, the receptionist was relived to have a computerised booking system at the new surgery!

My dentist give you a print out statement with an estimated breakdown for the cost of any treatment you need. Makes it much clearer. A scale & polish is about £9 with NHS, and a filling is about £17 I think, so if you paid £127 you were done. If that's private I'd get signed up with an NHS dentist pronto.
