I was gutted to find out just HOW MANY calories are in dominoes pizzas. Something like 200calories per large slice with certain toppings |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Day 4 - the bananas and milk day.
I'm not too bad today, not hugely hungry. Weighed myself on my inlaws scales earlier which said I was 12st10, which gives me a weight loss of 9lbs in 4 days. I don't think this is an accurate figure though, and I've noticed that I fluctuate horrendously through the day going from 13st2 down to the higher 12st mark. I am peeing like a racehorse though, and I still haven't pooed. Better yet, neither has Bob who is also doing this diet so I feel a bit better. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Your TMI talk is terrifying me! Seriously considering getting some Senna or something
I have to make my soup tonight - any recommendations on spices/flavourings? |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Bugger it. I'm staying fat. Pizza and ice cream are just too damn tasty. PLUS fat people are substantially more snuggly!

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Senna doesn't work for me, I need the serious across-the-counter stuff. I get bouts of IBS so I'm really surprised about this, I'm going to take my peppermint oil tomorrow though.
Before you add the rest of the veg, sweat 4 crushed cloves of garlic in the oil. Add the onions and carrots before anything else. Other than that, all we added was pepper. Do not be surprised by the number of people who will comment on how often you'll fart, but ignore it. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. My IBS has already given me a reputation, so I'm not worrying about it
I was going to just pop a load of garlic in it, maybe some fresh herbs and/or chillis too. |

Tried to keep my lunches small instead, and still only snacking on fruit and veg but I seem to have bloated out big time, it's rather annoying. I'm not getting much excercise though, just sitting around studying all day

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I did the Guinness diet once. Well actually it's not so much a diet, more a feat of human endurance.
