i know it's not the most sensible way of dieting, but I have my grad ball coming up and I want to fit into my dress a bit more comfortably! |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Rhona I did it a couple of weeks ago and lost around half a stone, it's not a healthy sustainable diet by it's excellent for kicking off weightloss. I'm doing it again next week. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I'm not posting cos I'm being really shite. I'm hoping holidaying in a ridiculously healthy country will let me lose a couple of pounds without really trying (walking around ALOT cos I can't be bothered paying for the tube and eating nothing but noodles and sushi for two weeks), but before that I've been properly awful.
When I get back me and the bf are on a mission for healthy eating and getting into shape - we'll see how that goes. |

Vonnie, I tried to rep you for "my visitor" but no joy.
Realised it's only 4-5 weeks til I go away so it's spurred me into getting my arse in gear. Looking back on my food diary I was my ideal weight just 2 months ago, and the extra half stone crept on in like, the space of one or two weeks. So I think it's doable if I keep up the exercise and cut back on drinking etc. Used my Paul McKenna hypnosis a coupla times these past few days, it's pretty lame but weirdly seems to keep me from snacking... might just be psychosomatic though. I have cheated ever so slightly by having yoghurt along with my fruit but I've gotta say, I'm quite enjoying this diet. I'm a bit of a soup-freak.
Looking forward to beef and tomatoes day!

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. my weight loss is non existent, ended up gaining weight. Damn implant and it's increased appetite nonsense. All my tummy does is rumble, even more so when I eat salady stuff and it doesn't fill me up, so in work I've just been giving into it.
It's settled down now it's been in a few months, and now I'm aware that I don't need to food it's just me feeling hungry when I'm not I should hopwfully be able to get on top of it.
The new job should mean eating healthier too as there's no free burgers and spag bol for dinner |

When I got back from Japan, a lot of people commented on how much thinner I looked. It stemmed from some subway stations involving a 1000m walk just to change lines, and not wanting to eat pink yakitori. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I weighed in this morning and lost another 1.5lbs, taking total weight loss so far to 3st 1lb. I also went and got measured for a new bra today and have gone down from 36E to 34E. I'm really starting to feel like I'm getting somewhere.

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I've started a fairly hardcore fitness regime with my brother. I need to lose way more than 2 stone but that'll be a start. I'll see how I'm doing a month from now.

Looking forward to beef and tomatoes day! | Sounds good, well done. I don't think I could ever stick to a diet as hardcore as that though, I like my grub too much. And I don't think you should feel too guilty about cheating by eating yoghurt!
Supposedly lost 2lbs (surprising considering last night's massive Chinese, but bar that I have been keeping an eye on my snacking) bringing my total weightloss to... er... 3lbs. Only 2-4 to go though. |
