Folk might find this useful, it's the only one I've seen that doesn't involve calipers or fancy equipment. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I put on half a pound this week. It's not really surprising as I've not had a particularly good week in terms of sticking to my points. I blame Starbuck's.

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I had a skinny sugar free vanilla latte yesterday and it tasted exactly the same as a normal one - yus! Saved about 100 calories.
It pains me to do this.
Starting weight: 10 stone 7 pounds.
Current weight: 10 stone 5 pounds.
Target weight: 9 stone 7 pounds.

What pisses me off is when I put weight on, it goes on my stomach first, then bum and thighs, but when I lose it, it just comes straight off my boobs first. Thanks, mother nature! |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I've dropped a wee bit recently, just by working too hard to have any time to eat pies. I think I'll be jumping on the momentum though, see if I can't make some serious progress. There's a wager at stake after all.

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. I've lost an average of 3lbs per month without trying since moving out of my unhappy home.
My current flatmate and I have been eating really well, lots of fish, eggs, pasta and vegetables.
I imagine I'm going to keep loosing now I've given up the booze and weed.
If I can loose 2lbs per month until xmas that'll do me just fine.
Never thought I'd turn out so sensible. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Put on a further 2 lbs since the last time I was at the gym, so that's 6lbs in total. So that's me a quarter of the way to my target (which I know I will never get to). |
