Ye won't stop smoking unless you do have the will power and really want to stop. Until then, what's the point in putting yourself through the grumpyness.
I tried many times to stop, but being honest, I like it, and have managed to cut down to about 10 -15 a week (maybe a half ounce of drum depending how much weed I have).
But yeah, ask yourself why you want to stop. If you don't and aren't motivated enough to do it the now, dinnae bother. | |

What you need is a big shock thing that will just put you off fags..
unfortunately you cant plan it :/
what about the wee therapy mp3's you can download to stop you from smoking.. dunno if they work cause i dont smoke.. but.. tryin that worth a shot.. (plus its free to download off limewire etc)
Or go on a big health thing.. like gym n that jazz.

Hav u tried those patches and shit? | those patches are wierd, i tried them and they gave me pains down my arm, dont think nicotine is supposed to do that somehow  exercise totally helps, once you see the results of non smoking, that encourages you to keep going, helps if your around people who dont smoke as well. | |

i've pretty much quit smoking. fair enough i'll have a fag now and then (about 2 a week) if someone offers me one. or if i'm going on a night out i might buy a ten deck and smoke them.
when i don't want to smoke fags, i just don't buy them. it's all about the will power.
