That's me decided what to have now, then. | The best time to take in simple carbs is staright after working out (along with a protein source ideally one with a high BI), so if you want to have frosties or coco-pops it's the best time to have them.
As I've said several times if you want good advice chck out www.bodybuilding.com and look at the section on diet and then the stuff on nutrition/supplements and the training stuff.
