i think alcohol's my biggest problem. any ideas what i can drink thats not got millions of calories in it? been drinkin a lot of lambrini etc. which i know is real bad, although theres a diet one now, which mite be good to keep in mind.

The boot scales are apparently the exact same as weightwatchers, a chick in my work does it that way
Hmm vodka and diet coke is good (weightwatchers terms its only 1point and im allowed about 20 daily)
