Hurting yourself whilst sneezing

Does anyone else give themselves real damage when sneezing? I'm constantly pulling muscles in my back and just sneezed there and now have a weird.. ripping pain(?) down my shoulder.

Sometimes when I sneeze, my entire upper skeleton hurts!

I sometimes get pains in my upper arms and/or head after sneezing. Other than that, sneezing is one of the more enjoyable reflexes. The patellar tendon reflex is always good for a laugh too.

Pains in my chest aye, but I'm built like a pole so that might explain the pain.

stop rubbin yersel all over with strange substances and ye might stop sneezing so much.

Depending how good (/bad) the weekend's been ye sometimes get a mini dunt depending on whats been up yer nose.

all the time. i always sneeze in groups of 3 or more tho so i hurt my nose, my head and my back. ive been known to collapse after sneezing 20 times in quick succession.

only time it's a pain is when I have a sinus cold or am ill and it comes out as a cough instead of a sneeze and tickles my throat and Iend up coughing more.

i cracked a rib sneezing once cause i used to hold it in whilst i sneeze

i hurt the top of my mouth sometimes. and never hold in a sneeze, its your bodys reflex to get something bad out
