I've never done anything with the intent to be exercise ever, coupled with the amount of pizza & chocolate I eat (live on) I expect a heart attack before fifty " " |

Well, I say usually, I only joined within the past fortnight, but I reckon I've done more exercise in that fortnight than I did in the 6 months prior to it... |

| Re: Exercise dont do nearly as much exercise as i should do (obv lol) but I love going to the gym and switching off - I just cant afford to upkeep membership at the moment
i do enjoy swimming but probably do walking the most really - as part of my job or with the dogs.
wanna try building up my stamina and maybe start going for a run in the morning - down the back path or round the loch or something too. complacency and chubbiness have prevailed for too long now.

| Re: Exercise i need to do more, esp as I haven't actually left the house since the 8th Walking and Yoga are the only things I really do - I would swim if I actually lived within cycling distance of a swimming pool, and I'll prob start cycling again when the weather gets a little bit nicer.
Mind you, backpacking for 2 months is probably the best work-out *ever*
