| Re: Exercise I used to love busting out a couple of sets of 12 before my shoulder workouts, I don't do them anymore though, don't want to fatigue myself before doing heavy weights, and i'm too pooped to do any afterwards
One armed pushups are awesome for yer triceps too. Definately need to work up to those though. |

| Re: Exercise I think i'm going to split my routine out into 4 days - that one was done on the basis i'd be doing more cycling and martial arts than I am...
so my new one should be split into arms, shoulders, chest/back, and abs on different days, i reckon. I'll bring the running down to 1.5 miles a time every other day, and build it back up. Gutted. Was getting into my 5ks. |

| Re: Exercise You seem to be ignoring the lower body a bit much, maybe not if you're stretching and rubbing though. You use any heavy bags or such? You should get some squats and leg curls in there. The squat is king! |

| Re: Exercise Nah man, my legs are beasts. Years of playing rugby/martial arts have seen my legs become like tree trunks. They're being deliberately left alone while I lose weight... once I drop another 10/12lbs then i'll start getting some leg work in there to tone them... |

| Re: Exercise I have a couple of exercise dvds but I feel like a twat exercising in my house, nae idea why. I do a hell of a lot of walking, not having a car. I want to get my bike sorted out/new bike cos I used to go out on mine hunners. I also like swimming but our local pool has only just opened up again after being shut for a year. I also like aerobics/TB&T classes and the gym (kind of) |

| Re: Exercise I walk alot and attend the gym 3 times a week and have done for several months now. My routine consists of a 4k warm up run and then weight however of recent I've managed to get hold of some free weights so I'll be able to do them at home and just CV stuff at the gym.
I smirked recently at the recent influx of newbies at the local gym with their brand new gear on - bet it lasts a month. |

I want to take up Yoga and got a DVD from amazon but can't motivate myself at home so am going to try and sign up for the classes at the gym.

| Re: Exercise I use some freeweights in the house, but I'll be buggered if I know what the moves are. I just find something hard to do and do it a bunch of times. Watch out for the guns - they'll get ya!

| Re: Exercise My lengthy mile walk to college every few days is part of my exercise, plus my job involves a lot of walking, lifting (and sometimes climbing!) I work in the Grocery/Warehouse department at Morrisons . I usually do a lot of off road cycling but since its still a wee bit chilly i'm waiting until summer to avoid getting my fingers frozen off

| Re: Exercise Pole dancing! U would not believe how good that is for toning up. But to get some of the more complicated tricks I realy need to start going to the gym cuz it's quite hard going n I just ain't as fit as I should be.
Figure skating is ace for your legs and ass too |

| Re: Exercise They're awesome, not that hard really, but you get serious strength gains, same with alot of body weight exercises.
I advise you to check out Ross Enemait's "The Underground Guide To Warrior Fitness", that's all bodyweight exercises, alot of isometrics etc. |
