| Re: Exercise I used to do sweet fuckall in terms of exercise but after seeing my sister slim down drastically I've been managing to keep up with the exercise DVDs alright the past couple of weeks. I mistakenly roped my mum into doing one with me and she's been insisting we do it EVERY DAY, which I suppose it a blessing in disguise. Been managing to do a fun-but-mildly-daft aerobics one on top of that 2-3 nights a week but I've started back uni now (20-min walk each way) so I dunno if I can be arsed keeping up with the second one.
Only lost about 4lbs so far but I'm feeling a helluva lot healthier already. Exercising just before you eat bizarrely makes you eat *less* |

| Re: Exercise You shouldn't eat directly after exercising, at least nothing heavy anyway. The supplements I'm using dampen my appetite slightly. STILL HUNGRY NOW THOUGH!
In other news, I've started up Muay Thai, which slows my weights somewhat, but it;s awesome aerobic, plus there's alot of bodyweight exercise involved. Good core strength training. |

| Re: Exercise Maybe it's just cos I ate so much shite when I wasn't even hungry before.
It's different since you're a slim guy but I'm dead wary about *not* eating more now I've started on the exercise. Just seems like I'd be undoing all the hard work. |
