Just curious as to what (if anything) you kids do to keep fit, or if anyone's taking up something new as their New Year's Resolution...?
I've been horribly sucked into buying exercise DVDs on Amazon, but it remains to be seen whether they're any cop. |

Surely there must be a shop that sell swimming gear for baby bumps?
Personally, I dont do much exercise. But that'll be changing soon...

in all seriousness, i only walk.. and its usually to uni, my mates house or the pub.
and i wouldnt walk if i didnt have my mp3 player :/.

I try to walk alot...the odd run to work in the morning when im running late and during the summer I try to cycle to and from work.
