Then perhaps it's God's will that you're fat. Don't fight it. Go crazy.

Re: Quitting smoking induced fatness

I normally wear baggy clothes anyway but I don't particularly want to have rolls of flab to organise every time I want to move.

Nah, no fatness for me thanks god.

Re: Quitting smoking induced fatness

I put on about 2 stone after I quit...I put on weight really easily though, Ive always been pretty big. Whats your metabolism like normally?

Also, what kind of meals are you eating? Chyili can be pretty high in fat/calories depending on how you cook it.

Re: Quitting smoking induced fatness

If I do I've had them my whole life and I'm quite happy with them. It seems more likely that I have a fast metabolism which is readjusting from drug addiction.

My metabolism burns up calories pretty fast and my diet hasn't really changed. I'll treat myself by making a big fuck-off pot of chili every few weeks but I'm usually pretty restrained. I'm well aware that I'm capable of eating and eating and eating.

I miss smoking. I blame that on my hideously stressful morning, I should just have bought a pack yesterday and been done with it.
