| Re: Quitting smoking induced fatness I put on about 2 stone after I quit...I put on weight really easily though, Ive always been pretty big. Whats your metabolism like normally?
Also, what kind of meals are you eating? Chyili can be pretty high in fat/calories depending on how you cook it.

I'll treat myself by making a big fuck-off pot of chili every few weeks but I'm usually pretty restrained. I'm well aware that I'm capable of eating and eating and eating. |

You cant see this but Im turning slightly emerald.
I would say to go see your GP then? Sorry but I cant thinkof anything else that might help you...you sound like you might need somethinbg specific.

yeah they do but you constantly feel hungry and keep eating without putting weight on
