it seems the pain has now spread to my shoulder. hmm...

this is getting annoying. tried to get hold of my doc but got no answer.

It may be tennis elbow as that can cause a numbness and pain that spreads. It mainly on the outside of the elbow and worse when you move your wrist.

Can be similar to RSI - watch out blokes

Best get to the docs tho'.

see, i thought of that but i dont do anything repetative that would cause it.
anyway, it seems to have gone now. ah well.
