my left elbow is very sore. very very sore. it feels like ive battered my funny bone. its sore and tingly at the same time. feels very like ive hurt the nerve or summat.
i havent tho, i havent hit me elbow, done no damage i know of etc. its been happening on and off for the last few weeks.
any ideas? my doc has said its just cos of the damp weather and itll stop by itself. but it is very sore and gettin worse.  |

Cold weather makes my left wrist sore, right where i fractured it.

The change in temperature for my mum especially makes her joints flare up and go puffy and really really painful
Don't know how it works for other people with joint problems. not everyone she's met wirh rheumatoid seems quite so temperature sensitive. Some people it's heat that does it some it's cold.
I know when she went to Florida for 3 months she was absolutely fine cos it's the cold and damp I guess that affects her more | |

my thigh gets sore when its damp. i fell down the side of a train a few years ago and bruised it down to the bone.
