Aqueous cream is the most basic moisturiser you can get, ask your Doctor for that and smear it on - it shouldn't sting or nip, because there is no active ingredient at all, it's literally a water suspension.

Re: Dry skin problems during bouts of cold weather?

A combination of Garnier Pure A night cream and oodles of boots botanics moisturiser for during the day has sorted me out and I've had really crappy skin recently.

Remember to drink lots of water too, helps keep your skin hydrated and looking lovely

But aqueous cream is good as well, but i find it doesnt sink in quick enough.

Is fine on my body, but not great on my face - as my hair sticks to my forehead and stuff haha.
