| Jogging I haven't been jogging since November, instead relying on running up and down the stairs (8 floors) and my bike for exercise. But, with new motivation, I went for a relatively short run this morning, and came home knackered I also have a pain just below my diaphragm, although that is fading. What the hell is wrong with me? Did I not do enough to keep my stamina up?

I felt oddly motivated this morning as well, must be something in the weather. |

| Re: Jogging Ate nothing, drank a glass of water. It was 6.20am. I was looking at new running shoes today, these ones are a bit knacked. Does £40 sound about right? My shin is fucking killing me now.

| Re: Jogging aye, when i started running again at the end of last year i would have to stop after about 10 minutes, it felt like my lungs were being burned by the cold air (mind you it was november ) then when i got home i'd have this horrible burning sensation for most of the day, its eases the more you do it though.

| Re: Jogging Er...you never had a stitch before?
I've not ran (run?) in a couple of weeks, now, cos my cold was annoying my asthma, which made running horrible.
Might go for one tomorrow if I'm awake... |

Might go for one tomorrow if I'm awake... | hehe, it wasn't a stitch, it was a pain in my lungs rather than my muscles. Almost like that time i got trapped in a room after letting of the powder fire extinguisher, its not a nice feeling not being able to breath !

I've had that feeling - I think it' down to breathing very cold air very deeply. I agree, it's horrible!! |
