did you feel better about having that one last cigarette? i wish i had done that, unless its my brains way of making excuses but id really like a last smoke not just half one while running for the train
but im on 32 hours so far arghh

jesus christ. actually realised today how easy it is to lapse, went into livingston a bit earlier than normal as i was meeting up with some friends, and the whole time before work i kept on thinking, just one wont hurt, but thats where i failed the last time, i had "just one ciggarette" and that turned in to just one ten pack to last me the week. etc etc
also went into the shop to buy my quota of irn-bru and sweets to last me thru work, and the women behind the counter asked me if i wanted my usual 10 lambert and butler. it took a hell of alot to say no thanks ive quit....
actually seriously, honestly think this woulfd go easier i was gettin laid but c'est la vie,

easily the worst thing about not smokin is how quickly you can smell someone whos just had a ciggarette and almost automatically you want one

day 3 alright so thi has possibly been the hardest day fo me, as i havent slept in over 36 hours now, usuallyu a ciggarette stimulates me to the point of getting thru to the end of my shift, but seeing as ive quit something else had to take its place
ENTER RED BULL, four cans of the shite and add to that a HUUUGGEEE cup of coffee and you have the twitching yawning mess thats in front of you now *twitch*. ALMOST LAPSED TODAY..... was wating fo my taxi home and got talking to afriend, and he offered me a ciggarette, was a bout to light it when i realised what i was doing and handed it back
im awesome, roll on friday

caffeine consumed, dangerous amounts
time to meltdown, imminent
think im gonna go nuke the forum for a bit

day 4 holy hell, what the hell did i wite yesterday  note to self, lack of sleep + caffeine = nonsense,
neway, today i lapsed, wasnt really serious, just talking to a friend and he handed me his ciggarette and without thinking i started smoking it, actually quite mingin, so i handed it back and told him i had quit, so im disapointed, in one way but happy in another.
yeah work helped a lot today, good thing about thursdays is that its the busiest day for me, and today was twice as hectic cos as well as the usual trailer and ad changes i have to dea with, i also had to make up, two copies of ice age 2 to get ready to be screened tommorow, so pretty much worked a full 8 hours non stop, then watched thru ice age 2. ne1 contemplating goin to see this, DO IT, it is one of the funniest kids films i have seen in a long time, take the kids. take yourself. just go you wont be disapointed. cash saved 8.80
i really think i can do this, first big tst tommorow night, wish me luck people

If you had your first smoke for 4 days and thought it was disgusting that is a VERY good sign - your body appears to be deacclimatising itself. Keep it up, I know you can do it!
