St J wart is more used for depression generally, but can have side effects..and should only be taken with medical consultation.

i get reaaaallly really mood swingy and a sore achey back. i'm on the pill. it improved the cramps i was getting immensely when i started it. | |

I found being on the Pill actually makes me more moody/irritated/aggressive at certain times of the month than just my natural cycle. Just me with out it,I'm laidback, and totally fine generally. It's fucking weird...and upsetting when it happens!
