I'm entering the Race for life with a few colleagues, but I'll certainly throw some money your way for this one.

we have our first donation (ok ok so it was me) and i emailed it round my work so hopefully the pennies shall start rolling in. What do we do if the donation is in cash though?

sounding good - my work might sponsor us for that too - the boss has already pledged to donate £10 . Might it be an idea if some of the rest of us have the log in for the website as well as its now a group one rather than an individual one... probably best through PMs though. SO whats the roll call for the walk?

For more info on the run. Still trying to work out the team details. Think everyone who crosses the finish line should get a goody bag (as we'll all pay the entry fee), but the site is not the easiest to get information from. Anyone else?

Being a man kinda precludes me from the race but I'm perfectly happy to sponsor

On that note, is anyone up for a (twice) weekly training session? I really need someone to push me.

I can't commit to times for training because of the kids, but I'm going to get my ass into a swimsuit which should be a scary sight, and get swimming.

What's this about a goody bag?
I've only ever been given a medal and a banana

I think (but don't quote me on it ) the good bag consists of a medal and a piece of fruit...also a t-shirt (woohoo)! It's the group thing I don't get. Reads like everyone pays the registration fee, yet only the first 3 from the group over the finish line get a good bag..which is pants. Better off running as individuals within a group.
