| Re: bell polsy Bell's Palsy?
A colleague had this. She had it for some months. As far as I recall (it was a few years ago), it was upsetting for her as she had very little control over her facial muscles on the left hand side of her face, but there is little if any actual treatment that can be given.
Go to your GP though, if you haven't already done so, as you do need to get it diagnosed and ensure it is not some other kind of nerve problem.
Hope it resolves soon for you.

Mememe - i had it, not nice! You need to go for physio and do face exercises - say the vowels of the alphabet, over-emphasise them! Also tighten your face up, and then widen your mouth and eyes and then tighten, repeat, etc.
Massage parts of your face aswell - but see your GP/Physiotherapy is what to do about it! ANd the exercises!!!

| Re: Bell's Palsy My uncle had it for a while, he was told it was stress related I think. Lost control of the right side of his face. It's gone now but you can still see it when he smiles n stuff. Being a bit wonky kinda suits him tho! |
