| Re: Waters good for you??? water is great for you. it flushes the system of all the toxins and like stavros says if you have ahigh water retention then it reduces the hang over effects due to the fact that the system less dehydraighted.

| Re: Waters good for you??? Approximately 85% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of your muscle is water. Every cell in your body needs water to live. So that's how important water is to you. Water aids the removal of dangerous toxins that your body takes in from the air you breathe, the food you eat and the chemicals used in the various products you use on your skin and hair (not to mention the chemicals enjoyed for recreational purposes -alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc). Water helps to cushion your joints and carry oxygen and nutrients to all the cells in your body and aids homeostasis.
You need water to keep your metabolism working properly. A simple analogy (such a fan of analogies) - If you totally deplete the oil supply in your car, the engine will stop running and sieze. It's a similar effect in your body, so it's easy to see why it is important to drink water.
You may not see immediate benefits, but if you keep it up for a while, you'll eventually see and feel how water is good stuff. |
