New Civics are pretty nice, as are A4's. I wouldn't bother with the 1 series.

almost, but taking a civic for a test drive tomorrow morning.
Found a nice 56 plate, silver, 1.8 with 30k on the clock within budget.
Should be fun, but it's just not the 190 Audi!
