| Re: Find me a new car AltNation I know jack shit about buying cars with such low mileage. I do, however, approve of your ‘no French cars’ criterion.

| Re: Find me a new car AltNation i had an A6 S-line from hertz a couple of years back and i loved it. in truth there was nothing sporty about it apart from the badges and wheels (far too big a car for that) but it was awesome...
anyhow, £10k you say, and sporty? (i'm ignoring your other demands...)
so:
£9,995 gets you this
ferrari mondial - yes i know a ferrari shouldn't have four seats, but you did say not smaller than the megane... so here's my practical suggestion.
or you could save yourself a grand and get this sensible four-seater:
or for only seven grand, you could pimp about in this
what? it's not french! one more four-seat beast, ten grand though:
targa roof for those sunny days... quite quick, i believe...

| Re: Find me a new car AltNation Shame you said about the "no french".
The meganeSPORT is a smashing bit of kit.
So is the ClioSPORT.
There are loads.
The Civic Type R, especially the post 2005 Model with the updated suspension and better seats.
Hyundai Coupe?
Mazda Rx8?
Astra VXr?
Vectra VXR (faster than a BMW M5)

Hyundai Coupe? | Both on my 'next' list once I've had a few years insurance and I'm past 25.

Not tried driving one though, so for all I know, I could actually hate it. Same with the Civic, although my uncle hates his.

Get something a lot simpler, cheaper, put money away for a Toureg or x5.
