Aye seems like the solution they found to solve the un-blance between Horde and Alliance is to just give both factions the other factions unique class.

Will be interesting to have Blessing of Kings, Blessing of Might, Windfury Totem, Strength of Earth Totem in the one raid

Well played pallies save wipes, at least at instance level. Haven't really hit full on raids yet, as am a bastard rper type with a host of alts. *shrugs* Still, gotta love D.I.

I'm really looking forward to the massive buff abilities also, myself. As I have a buff fetish.

Yeah Paladins are decent enough backups for groups but by god do they suck on their own. Mind you I guess they are party boys really all about the good, the healing and loving thine horse, dodgy buggers

They really do tend to suck, but on the other hand, theres not a class better suited for braindead xp grinding when you're soloing.

attack %t, SoComm, heal self if you go under 50%, make coffee, come back, loot mob, mount horse (steady now!), ride off, rinse, repeat.

Its like playing a Necro in EQ1, without the hassle of Bone chips.

Aye it's true I've watch my mate play his Paladin lots and he can grind his level easy enough. He jsut got pissed off watch me grind thinks 2 or three levels above me as my rogue. Now if only I could heal more

The closest i managed is pimping my warrior alt out with healing potions and bandages. Even still..

Actually, Lies, the closest i've came to replicating pallies ease of levelling, short of a half assed attempt at Shaman, was, in fact, Warlock.

This will make the 40 man instances (BWL in particular) so much easier for Horde. Alliance pallies made the Razorgore encounter so much easier than shamans did for Horde.

I'v got a 60 shaman myself on a RP server can't wait to roll a Paladin haha.

Most people don't really bother with that exploit, and there's strategies for both factions which make the encounter not really that hard anyway.

The area where pallies become MUCH better is their Blessings. You need 8 Shamans in a raid to buff a whole raid with their totems. Whereas you only need 4 paladins to make the use of all their most useful buffs (Might, Salvation, Kings and Light...there is more..but those are probably the best from what i can remember). So that leaves the alliance an extra 4 spaces in the raid.

I like the fact it's gonna come down to the racials which will split the factions. Nobody can deny that Alliance will still have that big advantage with Fea Ward.

I'm in agreement about the racials, but i'm endlessly happy its not Undead Pallies.

Typo, meant to say Fear Ward.

Dwarf Priest Racial.

Makes you immune to 1 fear basically, with a 30 second cooldown.
