| steam and wow
hey guys
any of u alot had problems running the steam client and wow
the blizz updater just returns the windows send error message screen immediatly when it starts and then closes.
i tried downloading the patch but wow doesn't see it and starts the downloader again
any help please |

Is this only happening when Steam is running in the background? If so, then close Steam and try again. | |

Any time I try and download a patch it tells me I'm behind a firewall and then downloads it anyway, albeit extremly slowly. | |

Make sure 6991-6999 are open (I'm pretty sure it's just TCP, but for giggles do TCP/UDP just in case) and forwarded to your machine otherwise you get immediately relegated to a practically gimped bandwidth | |

no lucky it still errors right away when downloader comes up and i have uninstalled steam
