| Re: Mods! I was a fan of NurfedUI (pretty comprehensive without being too bulky like Cosmos, you can turn off individual parts, though you need to customise it for each character you play) but it broke after 1.9 and I think I quite like the old standard WoW UI now.
I have reintalled:
MobHealth - lets you see an approximate number value for the health of an enemy, based on a database of the ones of that mob you've killed before, it only takes a coupla kills for it to generate a number.
Titan Panel - Who doesn't use this? Blizzard should implement it officially, it's so good.
Scrolling Combat Text - damage and healing done to your character scrolls over your head, like it does on enemies, giving it a more FFXI feel and meaning you don't have to watch the combat log.
HitsMode - Basically a modified combat text box so that instead of having full sentences in white for everything that's going on, it has a different colour for each word making it easier to see what damage has been done to who at a glance. |

| Re: Mods! I agree it is a bit bloated, but my christ is it something awesome. Spend some time going through and turning off mods that you won't use (for example Shaman specific mods if you're not a shaman) and it becomes less full |

| Re: Mods! Having a location finder on the full screen maps + thottbot.com was best for me.
'cept when I'd go full screen on my pvp server and suddenly come out of it to find my 'lock ass getting pwnd by some hunter asshole. |
