Seems like someone has decided that the cover artwork for
James' new album is inappropriate and banned the image from being used.
"Banned" is always good promo for anything and a magnet for media hyperbole, some reports say it's the Advertising Standards Authority that have banned the image, The Sun implies the image has been banned outright (possibly by "Them") and that only they can exclusively show you it :dunce:
More reliable reports mention that billboard advertising company JC Decaux have a "no gun images" policy which at least makes some sense even if it is a less interesting news story than "pop band encourages babies to play with guns".
Hey Ma is the first James album in seven years with a UK release date of 7th April 2008.
