It begins with what I was expecting: a new york style strokes rhythm pounding distorted vocals punk song. But as quickly as this song comes into view, they throw it all away. As if to prove that they could do it if they wanted to but don't need to. They continue with a brush between the good bits of Alanis Morrisette crossed with sudden quiet and heartfelt lo-fi Lori Carson tyle. It's a gorgeous album that grows and grows on you.
