The fire that Venom possessed in the first two (or three) albums here is lost as Venom churned out another album for the sake of keeping the band going. The music is average at best with the first few songs but then descends into a huge chunk of filler.
The production of this album leaves much to be desired. A thin guitar tone is overpowered by a sloppy bass and tired Cronos plodding his way through the cliche lyrics.
Essentially this is poor metal from a band about to suffer loss of vital member Mantas who was dissatisfied with the album's outcome.
