If you like the Triffids, get this album as well - there are some great tracks on it, on a par with their best work. Red pony, My baby thinks she's a train, Hell of a summer, and above all the astounding Rosevel. There are hints of inspirations from American rock, but this is very much a band with its own personality. They would develop, but the core is already there - and it is great. McComb's voice with that amazing violin; and great songwriting, too.
An astounding debut from a great band. Upcoming Events Album Information Title: Treeless Plain
